I had always totally loved eyebrow piercings, and I decided about a month
before I did it that I wanted it really really bad. I made an appointment
for Saturday, about 2 weeks before school started this summer, and it was all
i could think about for the next few days until Sat. Then the day came, and
I was all ready and everything. We went up to the Tattoo and Piercing place,
which is called Wildside Tattooing. It was when I sat down that I got really
nervous. I was acting all stupid and knocking stuff over cuz i was so
nervous. The guy was pretty nice, and just had me sit down and he marked the
spot on my eyebrow where he was gonna pierce it. Then he put some rubbing
stuff on it, and he took the needle and told me to close my eyes and put it
straight through. It didn't hurt that bad, and if you want it enough it is
DEFINITELY worth it. I dont understand how some people can say it doesn't
hurt at all, because they're lying, I mean bottom line--it's a needle going
through your skin. It hurts to some extent. If you can handle it, then you
will be just fine.
Well after like a month, my skin rejected the eyebrow ring and it just
came out. So i went back to the guy who pierced it and he said it was
because i didn't clean it enough, and he pierced it again on the other
eyebrow for free. So now it's on my right eyebrow, and i've had it for like
a month. The skin has already worn a little bit, but it's still holding in
strong. The second time getting it pierced was a lot better, because I knew
what to expect.
Last weekend I got my tongue pierced, and compared to that my eyebrow was
nothing. The tongue hurts a lot worse. So anybody who really wants to do
the eyebrow, then go for it! It's not bad. Just remember to clean it with
Polysporin 3 times a day, otherwise it might come out of your skin. If you
have any more questions about my eyebrow or tongue piercing, email me
anytime. Bye!
