I got my eyebrow pierced on July 3rd. I went to Jade Dragon in Chicago IL,
and some dude named Mike pierced me. I was so nervous I made my cousin go
first. Finally it was my turn. It didn't hurt like I expected it to, just a
quick pinch. I was afraid of it getting infected and me having a bunch of
gnarly zits around it but I keep it clean...except one time it did get a
little bit infected and some gunk would ooze out if you pressed it. That was
about six months ago and I love it! I go to an all girls Catholic school and
there is a new anti-piercing rule...well I am not about to waste the 60 bucks
I paid to get it pierced so I walk around all day long with a bandaid over my
right eye...and I use really dope neon colored Mickey Mouse bandaids..just to
piss off the teachers.
It's fun to play around with when your're bored, and I get a kick out of the
reactions I get. I'm not a freak of nature just a 17 year old with a hoop in
my eyebrow. But I think that I am going to change it to a curved barbell but
I don't know what gauge yet...something small...
I think an eyebrow piercing is a good place to start when you're a piercing
virgin like me. No pain, and it looks sexy as still tasteful.
