I got my nipples pierced 4 days ago. I am an 18 year old female. I have thought about it before but never thought about getting it done. Then one night, it just hit me, "I want to get my nipples pierced." So when I found out that you could still breast feed when you have children, I decided to do it. I went to Bayfest and left there and went to Tattoo Zone. I told the guy I wanted my nipples pierced and he said okay. I had to feel out the papers and I started getting really nervous then. I was so scared it was going to hurt. When I paid the guy it hit me and I couldn't believe what I was about to do. So I went to the back room and my sister came with me. I took my shirt off and he cleaned my nipples. I got to pick out the color bead I wanted (orange) and he told me they did the hoops instead of barbells. He asked me which one I wanted done first in case I decided not to get the other one done. I said the right. So he clamped my nipple with some "tongs," which didn't hurt at all. The told me to count backwards from 25. When I got to 24, he stuck the needle through and it didn't hurt not one bit. I started laughing because I couldn't believe it. I wouldn't look down until he was finished. Then he slip the hoop through and the needle out. Then the same with my left nipple. Except it was tougher and got stuck halfway through, so he had to push it a little harder. But it still did not hurt. Then I looked in the mirror and I had nipple rings!!! The experience was great. I was scared of the pain for no reason. It did not hurt at all. I recommend it, there's nothing to it, but then again, I guess it depends on the person. They're doing fine now. I clean them in the morning and night with Bedadine. They don't hurt and they're not sore. (Knock on wood) I have to show everyone now, they're all so interested, but I don't mind at all. Get it done! You'll love it.
