Well it was Jan 5th 2002...21 days after my 18th birthday...me and my bestfriend went to the movies...(Vanilla Skies) if i remember right...we was actually about 1 hr early fot the movie the tatoo place was right across the street it was called (Flats) over here in Groton, CT....we had to go back over the bridge to get some friends that decided they wanted to see the movie also and since we were way to early we was like okay lets just go get them....when we left the parking lot i was joking wit my friend i was like well you have your tongue pierced i want mine done soooo bad lets just go do it, she was like ok but thought i was joking around with her, i said na for real so we went in the guy took ma id i payed the 50.00 and he sat me in the chair...i kept asking if it hurt and he just said no more then if you bit your tongue so i was like okay since you the professional ill believe you lol. he then made me rinse my mouth with listerine wiped it with a paper towel which felt real nasty then he made me put my tongue out as far as i could and claped it with the clamp and rubber band. I was holdin my bestfriends hand by this time i was scared he told me to relaz and it would be over before i knew it....i closed my eyes because i did not want to see the needle (im terrified of needles) a few seconds lata i was sittin there like damn when he gonna do it and my friend was like just hold on one more second he puttin the ball on so i opened my eyes he was already done!! i couldnt believe i felt NOTHING....i ddnt even know he had put the needle thru thats how painless it was i was so excited just bc it was over mainly...its been almost a yr and i love itttttt i suggest everyone get it.
